When do we collect information?

We collect information from you when you fill out any of our online contact forms or when you sign up for our newsletter, and if you contact us via phone or email we may ask for some information about you.

How do we use your information?

We use the information we collect solely to answer your enquiry or provide whatever services you request – it is not transferred or sold to third parties or used for marketing or advertising purposes.

How do we protect your information?

Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible. We use regular Malware Scanning.

Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.

How long do we keep your information?

We keep your details only for as long as we need it to deliver any services you have requested.

For example, our Callback form asks for your name and phone number so we can call you back. Once we have spoken to you, if you have not requested any further services we will remove this information from our systems.

Do we use ‘cookies’?

Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the site’s or service provider’s systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.

Our website uses cookies for security purposes to identify human vs. automated visitors. These cookies do not track any personally identifiable information about you.

The Google Map on our Contact page delivers a third-party NID cookie from Google. This cookie is used to display the map according to your preferences on Google (such as your preferred language), to link it to your Google account (if your browser is signed into one), and to help customise adverts on Google properties, such as Google Search. For example, they use such cookies to remember your most recent searches, your previous interactions with an advertiser’s adverts or search results and your visits to an advertiser’s website. This helps Google show you customised adverts.

We use Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors use our website, such as what pages you visited and how long you spent on each page. This places some cookies on your device which are anonymised, ie. the cookies cannot be used to personally identify you.

We use Facebook Pixel to track conversions from Facebook ads, collect data to optimise our adverts, understand our audiences better for future ads, and remarket to people who have already taken some kind of action on our website. This works by placing cookies on your device to track how you use our website and any ads we may place on Facebook.

For more information about these cookies please see Google’s privacy policy and Facebook’s data use policy.

You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your browser settings. Since each browser is a little different, look at your browser’s Help Menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies.
